Arrival & departure

Check-out: We ask you to please check out by 10:00 a.m.
Booking
Room reservations are considered to be binding once we have issued a written confirmation and you have paid the deposit (bank transfer, cheque in the post, international money order).

Cancellation
Cancellations are unpleasant – for you and for us! If we can rebook your room, we will not charge any cancellation fees. Otherwise charges apply. To avoid incurring costs, we recommend you to take out
travel cancellation insurance.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on request and for a charge of €25.00 day (excl. food). Dogs are not permitted in public rooms. Owners are liable for all damages.

We accept cash (up to €1,999.99 for EU citizens), cheque, debit or credit card (except Diners and AMEX)
Reduction for children staying with two full-paying guests
• 0-2 years 80% discount
• 3-5 years 50% discount
• 6-12 years 30% discount
• from 13 years 20% discount
Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smokers will find ashtrays on the balconies.
